So this week I have signed a new NDA.  How good is that?

There are some great conversations happening.  For example, Quick Release_ for whom I am an NED released a video of some of their activities in the ventilator challenge.  The video was a recorded webinar that was conducted with existing and prospective clients.

Quiet times, new experiences

These past months have been very difficult for many.  We have had much time on our hands to consider what our future selves will be like.  We have had time to do things we might not have done in different circumstances.

Well I never.......

Yesterday I "furloughed" my trusty workforce. (and yes the shoe box does contain what you think!)

I have time to reflect following the conclusion of my current contracts.  Despite a need and a want from clients, the current situation makes it very hard to renew contracts.

I have had some fabulous conversations and received lovely thank you notes.  I really appreciate being in the teams that have set me challenging tasks over the past months.  Thank you.

Almost too busy!

I seem to be traveling all over Europe and further still at present.  Germany, France, Austria and closer to home Bristol.

I am very fond of the Vertical Aerospace team.  They are such an excellent eager and interesting group of people.

It felt great being on their review team as an independent last month and a real treat to be photographed with Seraph.  More interesting things to come working with Vertical in future months I am sure.

It was fantastic to hear that one of the Engineering Leaders I have been coaching is now the companies Design Director.  

This month has been a really busy month for advising people.  My GLG work has been very active.  I have been asked to join another similar organisation, and have conducted dedicated sessions where I have been approached directly by new customers.
